Altnaharra-there is only one Band B which you must book to avoid disappointment. They really look after you have great personal style and they have a drying room and will cook you a 3 course meal for £10.

Onich- Fantastic place called Creag Mhor Lodge, on A82 4 miles north of Glencoe,01855 - 821379 they have a Sauna & Hot Tub room and did my washing and have a great bar with a fine selection of malt whisky. Great personal style and great food in walking distance
Carlisle-Cornerways B and B, very centre of town you can walk to loads of eating places. www.cornerwaysbandb.co.uk, very comfortable
Lancaster/Garstang-just off the track BUT the landlady's daughter is a trained massuese and if you pre book you can get a back and leg massage. Very comfortable. Pub is a 1.5 mile ride though. www.greenbankfarmhouse.co.uk
Lands End- Fantastic company at Whitesands Lodge, Senne just a mile north of LE on the A30 very tidy hostel accomodation with top restaurant attached. A great place to end the ride without a doubt! Terri or darren on www.whitesandslodge.co.uk
